This category had the highest participation this year, with twenty projects submitted.

The award, sponsored by Pelican CATCHY, recognized Palibex for its “Logistic The New Sexy” campaign, based on a communication strategy that, as noted by the Spanish Logistics Center (CEL), “has succeeded in modernizing the image of the logistics sector and attracting talent, using a combination of creativity, message consistency, and a strong presence on social media.” The CEL adds that “the campaign has managed to transform logistics into an attractive sector, aligning with corporate values and highlighting the importance of people, CSR, and innovation as key pillars.”

Jaime Colsa, CEO of Palibex, stated that it is an honor to receive an award that promotes innovation in the sector, a hallmark always present in Palibex’s DNA, and recognizes companies that bring visibility to the sector. “This is what we have always aimed for: to show that logistics can be an attractive work environment that draws the best professionals. With all the talk about talent shortages, we want young people to aspire to work in companies like ours,” he emphasized. Jaime Colsa dedicated the award to the entire team behind the project and to the companies in the network that have supported the brand.
