150 People Gather in Madrid to Shape the Future of the Network
Palibex Hosts a Meeting with Managers and Commercial Teams to Define the Strategy for the Coming Years
As the holiday campaign approaches, Palibex hosted an in-person meeting with its franchisees to share this year’s results and outline projects and strategic plans for 2025 and 2026. These were the main objectives of the gathering, held at the Meliá Avenida de América Hotel in Madrid, attended by around 150 managers and commercial teams from the urgent transport network.
The day began with a speech by Managing Director María Luisa Romero, who presented the current state of the network and the key figures for the year.
Next, Deputy General Manager Darío Ramón and Development Director Pedro Ramírez addressed topics of great interest to the franchisees’ daily activities, such as the benefits of the new operational model, the operation of coordination centers, pricing structures, and the new routes that have recently been launched.
Following this, Marketing Manager Leire Gil presented the marketing and communication tools the company provides to help its members promote the brand and better reach potential clients.
The event also featured Vicente Gutiérrez, Managing Partner of Grupo Bentas and one of Spain’s leading experts in customer service, sales, and negotiation training.
Vicente Gutiérrez, a Psychology graduate, serves as a professor in the MBA in Marketing and Business Management program at the University of the Basque Country. He is also a coach and mentor for executives and political leaders and has been a speaker at institutions such as APD, ESDEN, and the Gipuzkoa Chamber of Commerce. Gutiérrez collaborates with major companies, including Securitas, Fagor, Saunier Duval, Kutxabank, and Eroski.
To close the event, Palibex CEO Jaime Colsa shared his forecasts for the coming years, during which he expects the network to achieve significant growth driven by the success of the new operational model: “You should feel proud of what we are achieving and tell your clients that we are the best alternative on the market: faster, safer, and more efficient,” he concluded.
