Palibex has held a meeting with the teams of its Network to join forces and set common strategies to strengthen the company’s growth. The meeting took place at the Reina Sofia Museum due to Palibex’s commitment to the world of art. It also featured ESIC’s social networking expert and Digital Marketing Director, Marcos Blanco, and the famous sports journalist, Marc Martin.
The CEO, Jaime Colsa, stressed that his goal is to “make Palibex the best transport company in Spain” with the help of the companies of the Network who are “the true ambassadors of the brand.” In this sense, he insisted on quality, innovative services and the value of people, as the pillars that differentiate Palibex.
Reinforcing Colsa’s message, the director of the Network, José Antonio Mangas, also took part in the meeting. He summarised Palibex’s evolution over five years, reporting on its growth in volume, franchises and new services. The Network has increased its activity by 17% during 2017 and has added new services such as deliveries before 10 am.
The Director of Communications, Patricia San Vicente, highlighted the media milestones achieved last year, among them, having been distinguished as one of the 1,000 fastest growing companies in Europe by the Financial Times, appearing on the front page of The New York Times newspaper or having had a presence in the news of Antena 3, for prioritizing its employees “in the purest Silicon Valley style”.
Palibex invited Marcos Blanco, direct from the Master of Digital Marketing of ESIC, to explain its commitment to communication and social networks. Blanco congratulated the company for the originality and freshness of the actions they carry out on social networks and encouraged them to continue along the same path.
Finally, the audience enjoyed a live programme hosted by the famous Teledeporte journalist from TVE, Marc Martin, accompanied by some members of the PBX Dakar Team: Rafa Tibau, Dakar legend with 26 editions under his belt, Alberto Herrero, considered the Angel of the Dakar for his assistance to other teams and Juan López, Team Manager.
