The heart and muscle of Palibex

Forming the nexus between the Palibex central offices, franchisees and distributors,
the Franchisee Attention Department (FAD) is working continuously to resolve
any incident which may hinder the prompt delivery of a shipment.

The FAD works to ensure fluid communication between members, continuously
improving the quality and efficiency of processes and speed of the service.

Palibex also beats at night. When the office lights go out,
the goods begin to enter the warehouse.
Our challenge is that all the pallets arrive on time at their destination in a day that will
last into the early hours of the morning.

Time is well accounted for and it is  very important to be rigorous in the fulfillment of
the timetables as careful in the treatment of goods with the help of
electrical equipment that allows us to work in clean and smoke-free installations.
